I recently spent a week at the Pousada and was thoroughly impressed by the really good service and attention to detail that surpassed my high expectations. When I realized I'd lost one of my earrings, the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it, showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked with family-friendly snacks, making it easy and convenient for my children to enjoy treats without the hassle of leaving the room.
